What I CAN Eat


I have been so sick the past few days that I can't hold my head up for at least half of each day. The only thing I have been able to eat and keep down are S'mores pop tarts. I have been craving the things and actually ate them twice yesterday! I am so glad something will stay down, I just need it to be something a bit more nutritious soon!

Well, I quickly learned to eat what I could handle through my pregnancies. Every morning with Jacob, I ate a honey bun...had to be the Little Debbie kind :) My other favorites for later in the day were fruit loops and strawberry poptarts. Much better than when I was expecting Matthew. All I could muster was Jello since I knew it was coming back up anyway!

So sorry you are sick. I had a perfect pregnancy with Hallie, but with Hannah it was a different story. I ate peanut butter and crackers or jello most days for about 5 months. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Remember, don't lose sight of the big picture! It will be worth it after all!
