We had our 10 year reunion last night at Mariah's. It was great to see old friends and catch up! Everyone that was there looked great and was doing well! If you couldn't come, please know we missed you!
Out of 123 people in the class 36 were there with our spouses. It was announced that we were the only class in 11 years to not have lost any members (thank GOD for that!)
Everyone had a wonderful night and I know many of us are looking forward to trying to keep in touch better!

I LOVE being a Mom!!!
Having a child has been the most wonderful experience of my life! Colby is such a wonderful little boy. He is smart and funny and loving. I have a wonderful time with him and thank God for him everyday. Maybe one day Jeremy and I can have more children, but for now we are loving every minute with the one we are blessed to have!

Fun in the Mud!
Look at the mud fly!
Me and Jeremy "pre-mud"
Look at that handsome driver!
Look at all the mud!
Can you believe the mess?
The other day Colby was riding his four wheeler and complained that it was too dusty. Jeremy decided to get the water hose out and water down part of the track. Colby had a blast riding in the mud. After about 20 minutes Jeremy had stood it as long as he could and he took off his shoes and belly flopped into the mud himself! A huge mud fight began and everyone was filthy. It was a huge mess, but we had a blast!

Is TOO Smart a BAD Thing?
Well, I am very upset today. Colby was signed up to go to preschool and last week we got a phone call saying they needed him to come in and be tested. Sure, I get that. So today we went and he tested on the level of a 6 year old (he just turned 4). I was thrilled........until they told me he was too "high" for preschool. So now I am trying to explain to my son why he can not go to school even though his heart was set on it. Don't get me wrong. I am so happy he is so smart, but now he is suffering because of it. No he doesn't NEED to go, but he really would have enjoyed it. My heart broke for him. It's not the first time and it won't be the last time, but this stinks!

The Men in My Life
I am such a Daddy's girl and now that I have a son, he is a Pa's boy. One of the things that I think is the sweetest in the world is to see my dad with Colby. They love each other so much and I think Colby favors his Pa quite a bit. I have never seen a grown man as in love with anything as my Daddy is Colby. For my birthday he gave me a paper that said "I want to thank my daughter for giving birth to my best friend." How sweet is that?
